Address any questions you may have.

We’ll delve into the various stages of labor and the physiology behind it.

Together, we’ll explore the risks, benefits, and alternatives to medical interventions, ensuring you are informed and empowered to create your birth plan.

We’ll also discuss your rights as a birthing person.

Focus on comfort measures, including teaching your support person counter pressure techniques.

We’ll explore different labor positions and breathing techniques to enhance your birthing experience.

Additionally, I’ll prepare you for what to expect during the postpartum stage.

It's show time: Labor support

I will be on call 24/7 starting from the 36 weeks of your pregnancy.

When you are in labor, I will join you as soon as active labor is established. I will offer virtual support during the whole « early labor ».

I will stay during your whole active labor and birth and  1-2 hours after the baby is born for immediate postpartum support.

You did it!! Let's plan the Postpartum visit

Depending on the package you choose, we will have one or two prenatal visits  after your birth tailored to you and your needs.

In the first visit or the only visit, 60 minutes to 90 minutes:

We will talk about your birth, how you feel in this four trimester of pregnancy, how can I be there for you, new born care and tips, feeding, breastfeeding, chestfeeding.

In the second visit , depending on your package, 60 minutes to 90 minutes:
